Pan-fried dumplings
The fresh dumplings are put on a thin layer of boiling oil, then water is added, so that the dumplings are steamed and fried at the same time.


Baojiaobu (fried bread stick in an omelet)
Also wrapped in the omelet are zacai (szechuan pickles), parsley, and sweet bean sauce, producing one of the most famous street eats.
