Pan-fried pork bun
This is real local food, with a history of hundreds of years. The wrapper is crispy, the stuffing fresh and heavy, with the pork giving off a scent of onion, oil and pork.

Nanxiang xiaolongbao (steamed buns)
This food goes back more than 100 years. The stuffing is its essence and experienced eaters take a small bite of the wrapper then get the soupy inside to fully enjoy the taste. People refer to this as "opening the window before drinking the soup".
