As part of the activities, the Pakistan student union, boasting the school's largest overseas student group, held celebrations for the important Muslim holiday Eid al-Fitr, as well as sports like badminton and table tennis.

Students from Iran kept out the winter cold with the help of Iran student union, as colorful activities were held to welcome traditional festivals like Nowruz and Yalda (or winter solstice, the longest night of the year).

Welcome parties for new students and a cherry blossom festival were also organized by the Japan student union.

The presidents and teachers expressed their wishes for more cooperation and exchanges in the future.

"I hope there will be more interesting activities, and the cultural bond connecting us will be even tighter," said one president.
