A group of six students and teachers from the European Academy for Executive Education took a one-day trip around Shanghai Business School on April 17.

The German group was first treated to a class on corporate finance, delivered by professor Wang Aihua in English. The students spoke highly of the class, as the lively and relaxing environment made study easier and more enjoyable.

The students went on to immerse themselves during a series of cultural activities, such as a tea serving performance integrating many Chinese traditions and a calligraphy demonstration which invited the students to try practicing their Chinese names.

The students also battled against their Chinese partners on a variety of idioms, which not only helped increase their language base, but also brought the two sides closer.

Teachers from the two groups also shared common perspectives on higher education and various cultures, as the two schools both endeavor to brighten their international images; they cherished the fruits they have achieved and looked forward to more cooperation in the future.
